So I have Joined a Gym and I worked out 5 days last week and one day this week and I may go tonight again!! I am going to 4 or 5 classes a week including a step and Zhumba class and then I do like a half hour of resistance training I feel better already and just to keep myself on track I want to make a Online Vision board to remind me to stick with it so Here it is!!

Dance my ass off!!
So you may notice that My goal is not to be super thin! I aim to have no muffin top and no bra-lines and most importantly to be in better shape in general! My original goal was to be closer to 100 pounds than to 200 but I am thinking that as long as I look the way I want in clothing and am feeling good about shopping I will be ok!! I know I will never wear a Bikini again but I wouldn't mind the option!!
